  • Friday night was my last night of my business trip. My friend took me to Richardson's. New Mexican style food...yes, yes, yes. I had the BLACKENED SCALLOPS. Mmmmm! Got there just after 6, so we missed happy hour. It's not a large venue, but luckily there were two seats at the bar. There were so many selections that sound so delicious. I must go back to try those green chile potatoes. For Happy Hour enthusiasts...on the menu "During Happy Hour 3pm-6 pm & 9 pm-Close Until We Change Our Mind!" We got there just after six, so we missed Happy Hour, so go early. It's also valet parking. I have no pics. I ate it all before I remembered.
