  • My first and last visit at the Roasting company was a terrible experience. called in a take out order Sunday 9/24, around 5PM, and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Arrived to pay and pick it up 55 minutes later, and the order was NOT ready. Waited for 10 additional minutes there and it still was NOT ready. The girl at the cash register didnt seem to be bothered with this at all, like it was normal. Several other customer hanging around waiting were grumbling about how long it was taking to get their food. Got refund and went to Midwood Smokehouse 3 blocks away and was out the door with my food in 10 minutes. Lack of interest and concern by the staff was obvious.
