My first visit to Piccolo Forno and I will return. I was there with a larger group. Eight of us...which I'm sure would always require a reservation especially on a Saturday night. BYOB and corking fee is very reasonable.
I had a the prosciutto e rucola pizza and it was tasty. If there's arugula on a dish, I'm pretty much going to get it. The crust was sooooo thin and light, bright crushed tomatoes and who doesn't love prosciutto?
Our service was outstanding and the atmosphere is great. A little loud, but that doesn't bother me. Great place to meet with friends or an intimate date night, too.
Other dishes at the table included a lasagna, ravioli and gnocchi that would "gnocchi" your socks off. Those have to be on my menu next time.
