  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS This place do not care about their customers, period. They only care about money. charging for everything they can. Repairs? plan on waiting a long time for response then trying to charge you in any way they can. Deposit? consider it gone. they will take whatever they can down to the last dime. Worst experience ever and Ive had to rent last few years due to moving for my job with my family. Chuck - sales guy. joke. talks fast and his last request as we signed paperwork -"pay on time" Jorge - mgr. pretty reasonable until you actually interact with him. last day of inspection, the construction guy had him on speaker. not realizing, he says "F-ing customers". EXACTLY. this coming from their manager. great leadership. I can go on and on with specific examples but no need to waste anymore of my time with these guys. If you dont care about being treated right and fairly as a customer, feel free. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Im just glad I dont have to deal with them anymore. Im not the one to write bad reviews unless they deserve one and these guys deserve two.
