I'm a current patient of Dr glasscock and have been highly impressed by his patient demeanor, the courtesy and knowledge of his office staff, and his office facilities.
But his support staff apparently has license to harass patients about upcoming appointments until they feel satisfied. I set an appointment for a fairly serious dental procedure a month in advance due to scheduling conflict.
I have received over 10 calls that all went unanswered because I have a job and can't afford to stop what I'm doing just to reassure insecure staff that, yes, I really meant it when I set an appointment to spend hundreds of dollars on my teeth.
While dr. Glasscock has made the impression of being the kind of Healthcare provider that patients strive to find, his office's persistent and unwelcome harassment may make me look elsewhere for further treatment.
