  • This is my second time at Mac I Am this week. The guys at the downtown Phoenix store fixed my iPhone and I mentioned to them that my daughters iPhone also needed a screen replacement. They told me about their new store in Scottsdale and since I was so impressed with their work I decided to check it out on my day off. The repair tech, Mel, only took like 15 minutes to replace the screen which is really impressive. He was very professional and friendly. The customer service at both locations is really top notch and I really appreciate that. I am so glad I found Mac I Am!!
