I can't comment on service or delivery as I did not make a purchase, but I liked this store. IMHO I would not compare it to Pottery Barn as its stuff is more interesting and better designed. It offers primarily contemporary design with some transitional pieces as well (Bombay, I don't think so, their stuff is repro Regency for the most part).
This would be a good place for someone to buy their first set of "real" furniture and accessories, after throwing away the now-pockmarked things from Ikea. It is the kind of styling that won't disappoint in the home. The furniture is more conservative in design (not in the sense of period styling, but in the sense of being dow-to-earth) but has some interesting elements, but the accessories are more lively and experimental.
As I am new to Toronto (two months) and lived in the US till last year, I did not realize this was a chain. Being in the West Queen West area with so many other home stores, I thought it was just another offering. In any case, I should mention that the sales staff were very pleasant, upbeat and helpful.
