| - AN and I booked an amazing trip to Vegas solely to see Celine Dion on Nov 7th, dresses were bought, shoes were shined, suits were packed, airline tickets were bought, baggage fees were paid, transportation ordered, hotel rooms booked. We flew in Nov 6th and just as we landed I recorded a call from Caesars Palace box office that Celine Dion cancelled her performance, now to add injury to insult when I questioned the lady her response was not to offer us ANYTHING IN COMPENSATION, not a crappy buffet, not another show, not even another show recommendation, however she in a very sarcastic tone replies "well at least we are giving you more than 24 hours notice" it was actually 27.5 hours notice. She then upon my request transfers me to her supervisor who was even ruder and then when I ask to speak to her supervisor Mrs White I was told she stepped out and would call me back. I never received a call back from Mrs White but I did revive a calm back from what sounded like a 17 year old young man, maybe it was Mrs Whites son or just someone they put a fancy jacket on and send out thinking I was stupid enough to believe it really was a supervisor. To say we are disappointed we did not get to see a show we paid well over $300.00 to see would be an understatement, what is even more of a let down is the complete lack of customer service we received, I would even go as far as to say we were completely disrespected, dismissed and very insulted. As of Nov 11th we haven't even received a refund either.
