I would like to compliment Cool Blew and Robbie Proctor in particular for the excellent way my air-conditioning problem was handled. My warranty company, after a long while, refused to authorize the proper part for my air conditioner. I needed 3 different parts, and since they couldn't authorize one part, they cancelled the entire claim. Eventhough I was irate, Robbie handled the ongoing case with grace, professionalism and calm. He always answered my calls, and if he wasn't available, he would answer in a timely manner.
