  • I cannot wait to get out of here! It has gone downhill, it was seemingly nice, quiet, all that at first. After I move in, suddenly really undesirable people start moving in, I don't feel safe. Other neighbors who were nice residents have broken their lease early due to the change in this property!! Not to mention there is one of the leasing agents in the office who is TOTALLY RUDE! Maintenance is a joke, they talk to you like you're an idiot and have been out here three times to fix a problem. I have a friend take a look at it, and sure enough they have rigged it instead of doing it the right way!!! The office isn't a help with that matter either. We have had a few incidents with police and a shooting, three families living in one unit who I believe are selling drugs (and according to other neighbors they ARE). And every time another "customer" of there's comes over they are parking in people's assigned parking spaces! Rent here is not cheap either, pent rent, deposits, water, trash it adds up. For what I'm paying for a one bedroom apartment, I could rent a house, but I thought living in such a nice area and complex it was worth it. Now I know better, there are much better places out there. The walls are super thin too! It's not very peaceful. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I've talked to other residents and have heard negative feedback as well. Unfortunately it costs a fortune to break the lease.
