  • Normally a good store with good service. Today they would not honor their Black Friday on-line ordering sale. They cancelled my on-line credit card order (per late email), and when I went to the store, found the item and took it to the cashier, the manager came over and said that there was an inventory discrepancy and he had cancelled my prepaid order. With the exact item # in the hands of the cashier? Poor service, not up to the usual Ace standards. Wish that I had placed my order at the Ace on Higley Rd. in Mesa.
