  • First let me say that I called at the last minute and they were able to get me in within an hour on a Saturday.. that's pretty amazing right there. I probably just got lucky. . I always look to see how the stylists have their hair styled...I figure if they have nice hair, they'll give me the same. All of them looked really nice. The salon was clean and the stylist was really nice and friendly. My haircut was average. I didn't get what I was after which is a bit disappointing considering I took pictures with me of exactly what I wanted. I asked for a layered cut and wanted the layers deeper than what I ended up with. Maybe I wasn't clear enough . I think maybe the stylist was being conservative with my longish hair; better not to cut enough than to cut too much right?. It's happened before, so I did ask at the time I booked the appt if I could have it recut if it wasn't right or the layers weren't even, and they said "yes". I called them after I got home and scheduled a recut appt with no problem. Overall the cut is good, price was very fair and I'm confident they'll get it right the second time.
