STEER CLEAR!!!!
I really wish I could leave negative stars. I'm not one to leave reviews, (this is actually the first review I've ever written) but this experience was one of the worst in my life and others need to know to stay far away. Their customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I called in to speak with a manager and the guy insisted on knowing why I wanted to speak with a manager. After telling him the problem he began talking over me and actually arguing with me over the phone. Then after I was already upset and we're practically yelling at each other I asked again to speak with a supervisor and he told me that there are no supervisors on shift at the moment. "WHAT?! didn't you just tell me you need to know why I wished to speak with a manager before you could transfer me???
I couldn't believe it. Worst company I've ever experienced.
After reading the other reviews and people experiencing the SAME EXACT problem of them confirming a flight and then sending a bogus email about how your financial institution declined the payment (after it was already approved) this company needs to be put out of business and should be held responsible for all of the lies and headaches they've caused.
Will be reporting their fraudulent business practice to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and hope everyone else does the same.
