rev:text	ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went in for a simple oil change on my 2013 Toyota Sienna. I had wanted to go to Conrad's who charge $54.95, but when I called they gave me a rate of $79. I asked them to match it and they did which is why I am giving them 1 star. However, then they called me and said that they "discovered" I needed another "$1174 worth of work including realignment, new brakes, new fluids, filters, etc.". They wanted $20 for air filter which we can get for $10 at the store and $389 for fluids which are usually topped off during oil change anyway. They wanted $40 for a cabin filter which my mechanic said I did not need and would have only cost less than half of that price if I did need it. I told them I would hold off on that because I could not afford it at the moment. They still tried to hard sell me to tell me it wasn't safe to drive. Then I took it to a friend who is a mechanic who told me "the car did not need new brakes, not even pads and was fine." I never post on Yelp , but feel taken advantage of and want to share this with as many as possible to save them from the same experience. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. It's a big scam.
