  • Several months ago, while having other service completed, a local Honda dealership told me the front brakes of my 2007 Civic were so bad they needed immediate attention. The dealership was, of course, having a special right then and I would be out the door "right around" $269.00. I declined and was required to sign a waiver acknowledging they had informed me I had basically no brakes before giving me my keys. I saw Whitey's on YELP & gave them a call. The very next day the technician informed me that my brakes were near needing replacement, but not worn to where they needed it now. He left it up to me whether I wanted to go ahead with the service, which I did. I was out the door later that afternoon at $170.00 (including tax). I will be definitely come here again for service. Besides being so much closer to where I live, the people here are friendly, honest, and efficient.
