Helped my dad shop there today. They were having a special 10% veterans discount which made him happier. Times are tough and saving a few extra dollars is always a good idea.
10 minutes into the shopping, things got bad. Customers were ignorant and rude to each other and wouldn't get out of each other's way. One customer, obviously mentally challenged, gave everybody a sour expression.
The checkout lines were marginally better. But the cashier that help us seemed to be struggling with ringing up grocery orders. She also forgot about the veteran's discount. So we had to go all the way to the back of the store where customer service was. The line was kinda long but it moved quickly enough. The customer service rep rolled her eyes when my dad told her what happened. She replied that the cashier has been making mistakes like this all day. But my dad was compensated with $10 cash.
Obviously the employees here need to be retrained and the customers need to be more respectful toward each other.
