Too bad the owners have had a lapse in judgement. Fired a good chef and hired an inexperienced J&W grad. Probably a good kid, but culinary school (any of them) does NOT make you a chef. That takes time and experience. Some of the food is now coming precooked and pre packaged, and he's changed established recipes (for the worse, unfortunately). This restaurant is in a great location with great local ingredients available. Such wasted potential.
