  • Wow! All Service industry businesses should take a lesson from Brad how to take care of their Customers. He conducts business in a very friendly but highly professional way. He communicates well and not only with his Customers but I believe he talks to the pests he's going after and let's them know it's adios time. His rates are reasonable and he only comes out when you want service. No contracts...No pressure and no critters. Highly recommend Urban Pest to anyone who needs preventive maintenance... Thanks Brad
