Made my appointment for 8:30am on December 23. No call no show, called the main office about 8:45 and explained the issue, and I was pretty angry because I had company coming in that evening. They remedied the situation by giving me a 15% discount and finding another cleaning crew who could make it later that afternoon. When I got home that evening everything was sparkling, I can't believe the detail they went into. The only real critique I can make at this point though is to improve communication. I feel like I had to call the office back more times than they promised to call me first. I will use them again though.
