I am very disappointed with the staff at this location. I go there almost every day. Today I went in and found out there juicer was broken. I understand this happens but it was the way they told me. Not very impressed with the customer service. Then to add insult to injury I mentioned I have not been receiving points on my card for the last few visits. Their replay was to say Oh...I thought that got fixed. No offer to comp or upgrade since they kmew they had an issue. My suggestion would be addtional training.
