  • After a delivery service dropped off the new washer and dryer without providing the correct parts, and having corroded valves to the point that we could not remove the hoses, I was in a bind. I left a voicemail with Bird Dog Plumbing and within a few minutes had received a phone call from Don saying that he would be able to swing by in just a little while and get it looked at. I assumed that meant 30 minutes, but about 5 minutes later he called to say he was on his way. Don quickly assessed the situation, was able to fix the problems quickly, including working in very tight spaces in a small laundry closet. He also had the parts that we needed on his truck and was able install, connect and make sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. Definitely will be reaching out to Bird Dog Plumbing again.
