I hate to give low ratings to anyone cause it seems rude. I honestly want to do a one star rating just on the food alone. The outside looked really nice. We went a Saturday night so once inside it was very packed. We only had to wait fifteen minutes even though the hostess said thirty to thirty-five. Out of the four of us, two of us weren't impressed with the menu. I was willing to give it a try. Live music was playing loudly and I didn't mind, some of my party did. Our waiter was attentive for the first half of our service. Very busy night. The moment he mentioned they don't serve rice or beans, the disappointment went up. I'm just like.. are you serious? But I got fries as a side to my tacos. Three tiny tacos with so so carne asada with toppings and a small plate of fries and it was $13. No. One of the other members of my party, their plate was $32. The atmosphere is nice despite the hipsters which should have served a warning to me for the food. Same goes for the bread at the table. My first thought was, "where are the chips"? Overpriced for mediocre tasting food. Needless to say we all agreed we wouldn't be back.
PS The queso fundido is the only thing that was really good.
