The only time that I ever pay to ship something overnight is when I need it the next day. I placed an order 9/20/16 and the on line site guaranteed delivery 9/21/2016. When I called "customer service", I was first told the delivery would be today, 9/21, but then I told the lady the UPS site did not show the package would be delivered nor did UPS give a date. I was placed on hold and then told UPS did not have the package but "no worries" the package would be delivered in one or two days. Really, "no worries"? I needed the item to wear to a last minute important event on 9/22. When I ask to speak to a supervisor to see if the item was available in a close store and yes by the way why am I paying next day air if I am looking at a 3 day delivery time? I held and held and them the call was disconnected. DO NOT SHOP ON LINE AT MACY'S IF YOU NEED AN ITEM ON A TIMELY BASIS.
