Yikes, I really thought things could not get any worse with the poor communication and this dealership. After I wrote an email detailing all my complaints and with my experiences, and how no one would get back to me, the head of the finance department gave me her cell phone and said to call her so she could personally handle my request. I was trying to cancel one of the many "extras" they talked me into when I was there. I called her cell and she said she'd mail out a form I had to sign in order to cancel my gap insurance. Never got the form a month later. I called her again and this time I had to fax a letter and I had to follow up and call her again to make sure she got it and handled it like she should. These people are seriously NOT in the business to create good relationships and repeat business. I doubt the dealership will survive in the long run because of their terrible customer service.
