  • I hate airport restaurants. You're trapped. You don't have much choice. The staff are generally unhappy and mildly interesting. This place was sooooo different! We started with drinks. The choice and selection is amazing. They can pretty much make any drink. The food - unbelievable. Started with the infamous Stetson salad. It's incredible. I've never had anything like it! Short ribs and fillet minion were incredible. The best part - Terry - out waitress. She is awesome. She was so caring and diligent - unseen in most restaurants - much less an airport one! I would consider coming to the airport just for a meal here - forget about flying!
