  • Attended the grand opening celebration of Chris Santo's Beauty & Essex Restaurant at The Cosmopolitan. Great concept, interesting decor that played very nicely with the dark but lively ambiance. Delicious food and well made drinks! I highly recommend this place and the mini lobster tacos, grilled cheese bacon dumplings with tomato soup, sliders and the mini donuts with the raspberry dipping sauce are a must!!!
