  • Today was my first visit to the salon. It was very busy but only for the pedicures. I was getting a new pink and white flared set. I had Tina, the owner. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she seemed confident. It went downhill from there. Words cannot express how annoyed I was sitting there. She was talking with others, checking her cell phone, answering her cell phone, and answering the main phone. But by far what got me fired up was she was constantly looking around and not paying attention so much so she abruptly said your all done. I couldn't believe it my nails looked horrible. They were lopsided uneven in other spots and the acrylic was missing on the edges of some of my nails. Three fingers are already lifting. Needless to say I was not happy and so embarrassed that I left with them in that shape and went immediately home where I did a two hour overhaul filing, evening, straightening, and repainting. Thank goodness I will get a fill in two weeks. I will never go back. Horrible job, bad customer service, and an inferior product.
