  • I came here with my sister. They did a good job at the message part and hot stones were amazing. Customer service was terrible. Anything I told them they would just say it's okay, like if I'm a child and I'm speaking out of turn. They left my nails uneven, and lumpy. My sisters nails had a finger print on one. We ask them to fix, they said no. So we refused to pay, and then they decided to try to fix. So when she redid the gel on that nail she only did one coat. We told her doesn't it need three more coats. She said if you wanted it thick like it was then you wouldn't complain. Like wtf! Seriously?
