  • Having been to Uniqlo stores in NYC, London and Berlin, I was super excited about a store opening in Canada. I was in Toronto from Alberta and came with a shopping list of items I've bought before that I wanted again. They didn't have them! Jeans were sold out. Wicking shirts not in stock. Argh!! These are on the website so available but the store is poorly stocked. I'm also disappointed that returns must be done in person. Fine but what if you live across the country!? I bought some Christmas gifts--the fabulous lightweight down jackets-- and hope they fit but I wish they could introduce a mechanism for returns by mail. Please work to make the Canadian location as good as the others!!
