  • Today I had to come in for imagining without an appointment. It was crowded and I didn't mind having to wait as it's important to me and my physician. My BC/BS insurance didn't seem to be covering the X-rays as I would have images they would. Kendra stepped in and took over the situation. She kindly got me in for my X-rays and then spent a long time on the phone with BC/BS after I left. Kendra then followed up with me later and I gladly paid the amount owed for the services rendered. Being a General Manger in the Automotive industry I truly appreciate when someone in a business environment goes above and beyond. And this is exactly what she did. Huge kudos to Kendra and SimonMed!
