  • Audi service was excellent. However overall my customer experience suffered from spending over 40 minutes getting a loaner car. The loaners are done through Enterprise car rental on site. Problem is that there are many dealers there using that same Enterprise location. I was there at 9:30 a popular time and Enterprise was swamped with customers from the other dealers.
