  • We have been here for about 1.5 years. In that time, the office staff have turned over at least once. The current staff is a little hit and miss. Some are definitely better than others. Recently, my AC went out (during a heat advisory and on a Saturday no less). John was the on call maintenance guy and was amazing. While the other maintenance guys are decent, John was sweet and caring and really gave his all to make the AC work. We really appreciated his dedication and help. The dog park is pretty awesome and really convenient. When we first moved here, it was amazing and wonderfully manicured. After the office turnaround, it has been less kept up, but still pretty decent. As for scorpions, we live on the 3rd floor and have found 3 in 1.5 years, which is far less than our impression on moving in. The kitchen in the 1 bedroom is huge. Overall, the apartment itself is pretty good. My biggest complaint is the internet/cable company New Media West. This is your only option and it is TERRIBLE. Its expensive and questionably legit. The website is terrible and my internet literally goes out at 4 pm almost EVERY DAY. I can't even find a phone number to even address this on the site. Overall, I recommend this place, but don't expect it to be amazing. Its decent and so far I have no major complaints aside from the internet. Just remember, if you want filters changed or pest control, you need to ask for it. Mostly, I wanted to commend John on his dedication and hard working. So thank you!
