To make this clear I have actually never visited this spa. I did however make an online appointment via their website. Due to a scheduling conflict I had to call to cancel my appointment. The girl I spoke to on the phone this morning was rude and definitely helped me make the decision to never visit this spa. For one she couldn't find my booking that I did online. I offered her my reservation/confirmation # and she said no she'd look it up another way. She put me on hold and came back and asked for my phone # as she still couldn't find the appointment I booked online. Finally, she just said oh it was for 10am on this day and I said yes. She is like ok no problem. So I asked her if she found my reservation (a little concerned since she original couldn't find it) and she turned very condescending and was like yeah I did (though I had the feeling she didn't). So the reason why I won't be visiting your spa is because 1) your online reservation failed to book the appointment I got a confirmation for and 2) your receptionist or whoever answered the phone has no customer service skills whatsoever and I really can't be bothered to visit and spend my money at a place where it won't be appreciated. Thanks for saving me the trip of driving to downtown Toronto to see you!
