  • This review is based on my experience at the Thomas location only. I have not used the actual services yet but based upon my interaction with Brent and Emmanuel, it's has exceeded my expectations. Brent was friendly and easy to work with getting service pre- arranged at my property. I needed flexibility and Brent made that happen. Interaction was by phone. Brent = 5stars When I visited the store, I met with Emmanuel who was also friendly and knowledgeable about the services and easy to work with. He verified everything from my call with Brent and saved both me and his company money by figuring out a solution to mailing hardware. Emmanuel = 5 stars. So far so good. My experience is apparently better than the other reviews. Should anything change I'll revise.
