Horrible just horrible service! Their staff is so rude and especially their manager has the most disgusting as a manager you should be professional not giving attitude right away about my complaint and should've saw a way to resolve it rather than make things more worse. Petsmart should really rethink about what type of employees they hire like really. I came in with a complaint about their hamster cage that clearly said 'hamsters' and which was false advertisement because when I woke up the next morning they were gone and I went as soon as I saw my hamsters were gone to petsmart and complained about how this cage was false advertisement. Ok Petsmart regulations say you won't refund or replace any lost hamster but as the cage said 'hansters' and etc etc shouldn't you of thought that the cage was for hamsters? And it also says small animals. Anyways I went in and went to the cashier lady and told her my problem and to find out that she was giving me really rude attitude and followed by the manager thinking she was going to be nice and professional about it but ended up just being really rude. Again Petsmart should really truly see what type of employees you guys hire I'm not saying all your employees are like this it's just the ones that I talked to were really rude and disrespectful.
