  • Okay- Appliance.......... Not okay...... Below average. PLEASE BEWARE..... GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. My first appointment Nicholas took and jacked EVERYTHING up. I took time off work to make the appt. and Nicholous forgot to put me in the books....... Nice, waiting at the house for 4 hours without any reason......... So finally I call them, they say they forgot to put me in the books..... They said, We're coming tomorrow........ I told told them I work that day. To make a long story short they scheduled me an April 30Th appt. ( on my birthday) and told me they'd be there by 08:00am.. Guess what time the showed up? ....... 3:00pm. WTF. Who's responsible for this amateur unprofessional scheduling....... Nicholas!!! Surprise! Gary the tech showed up, he was great and proficient. I was having a garbage disposal replaced........ NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS DUMP OF A PLACE AGAIN. They do not care for your time and they're 100% unprofessional. Rumor has it the husband of the business died and the wife is TRYING to run it..... NOT working for her if she's going to keep associates like Nicholas she will be closing her doors in less then a year. BEWARE..... Do NOT use this place.
