  • Will definitely be finding somewhere else to bring my Honda. What is the point of making an appointment when they don't even come close to bringing the car in the bay at the scheduled time. It's an hour since I gave them my keys and my car is still waiting to be brought in. Over the phone I was told it is approximately a 2 hour service. I'm already looking at 3+ hours, that's assuming the 2 hour estimate once the car is brought into the bay is accurate. Also, a service advisor approached me after the 2 people who pulled in after me were assisted. I repeat.. what is the point of making an appointment?!
