  • Customer service is horrible! So I pull up and I'm asking the employee about a wax for my truck. Then some employee approach my windows with a spray wiping down my window. He me tells me I could take these cracks out for you (not showing me what cracks! I got a brand new truck!!! He starts talking sports to me and distracts me without me knowing. He shows me inside to his wife who can help you out with the paperwork all we need is your insurance card. I had just woken up starting my day, didn't realize what I was agreeing until later! The wife explains to me that all she has to do is call my insurance to let them know that their fixing my cracks. So as I'm sitting there half awake, I tell her how much do you get out of this? She says don't worry we won't charge you or your insurance it's free.. I'm like no give me my insurance card back, she then states do you want to pay the fee instead??. I'm like what fee she said it's 65.00, I'm like no and got up and left her.I was appalled like what just happened how asleep was I to let this guy talk sports and try to get me for their advantage! PEOPLE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! Don't trust this guy for cracked windshield employee!! I was so upset that I asked for the manager/ and told them how this guy forcing people SCAMMING PEOPLE not even showing them where the cracks are just being slick, and making money off people charging their insurance! Manager apologize and said that they were going to fire those 3rd party that it wasn't the first complaint.. like really?? Another manager approach me outside and gave me a free car wash.. I told him they need to fire those people. Or not do business makes Shell gas station look horrible!! Waste of time and manager lied!! they are still there and scamming lots of people!!!! As for the wax car wash it was not worth it! They didn't wash out my back bed of truck it was dirty, I had to make sure to keep telling them where all the dirt marks were in windows and inside car. Like common people we pay for quality not to deal with employees who do what they want!! I was not happy with this overall service!! ATTENTION OWNERS/MANAGEMENT get it together!!
