  • Waited for 20min. The sales person said he would be with me. An estimated wait time or a suggested appointment time would have been nice. I got an apology as I walked out. I can appreciate individualized customer service, but disregard for potential buyers or sellers shows bad form. I don't mind waiting if I'm not being ignored.
