  • Had an appointment with Dr Chong which went quite well. He had ordered some blood work to be done at their in-house lab and told me to call back the following week for the results. I called back, left a message and heard nothing. Called a week later and left another message and heard nothing. Called back the following week and worked my way through the operator to actually speak with someone in his office. They said they just got the results (2 weeks later!?), but the doctor was out of town. They promised he would call the following Monday to discuss the results. Of course, no call. I've left another message and no call either. Don't bother with these guys. Most frustrating part is that I paid out of pocket for the tests and can't get the results.
