  • Short version: Show Andrea Knox your problem space & she'll come up with the most efficient & beautiful design to maximize use of that space. Then the production team & installers will bring everything to life. Price-wise, California Closets seems to be slightly higher than some of their competitors and comparable to others. Quality & customer service-wise, they can't be beat. Worth the money, y'all! Give Andrea a call. Long version: Our designer, Andrea, was a joy to work with from day 1. My husband & I met her at the showroom for our initial meeting. She patiently listened to our needs. Then she came to our home to measure our space and to see exactly what we needed to store. Then she remeasured & came up with several design options. Andrea also suggested several color combinations and hardware combos that would look good with our existing decor. She also had CAD drawings for us to review so that we could see exactly how everything would look. Then she remeasured again after we chose a design. Andrea kept us in the loop during production & install and visited us after the install to make sure we were happy with everything. Her meticulousness & attention to detail were greatly appreciated. On the production side, Larry was also very helpful in setting up our install dates and answering any questions we had regarding the product or install process. The install team worked efficiently and were very conscientious about keeping our house clean. They brought blankets, booties, covers, & vacuums. After the install, they cleaned, patched, & painted. Awesome job by everyone! We've used California Closets for several projects now and will continue to use them.
