  • Consider this: my dad, a recently minted Troy Hill denizen, refers to this place fancy dining. And in a way, he isn't wrong. I like a place with a work ethic and Billy's delivers. They try and get fancy and it works in a blue collar kind of way. I eat all the stuff they put in front of me without complaint as it is neither fabulous nor inedible. I think a great way to sum up Billy's is the age-old adage, "you get what you get and you don't get upset."
