  • DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Their homes are broke down, they do not take care of their houses, they do not like paying for repairs and will expect you to pay out of pocket! I will never ever ever again rent from this place! My air conditioning has broken down twice within the last month and I live in the desert! 100 degree weather and I can't even begin to tell you how mad I am right now! The house was really dirty when they gave us the keys, pleanty of things were broken, and our refrigerator had a horrific oder to it and they had to repair it 3 times before the oder was under control (it didn't go away, it got under control.) Oh! And they have a $40 "convenience fee" if you want to pay your rent online! Wth!!! Please save yourself the trouble and save your money, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
