What a fabulous zoo. My son's family spent an afternoon showing my wife and me around this place. Too bad we only had an afternoon, as we needed more time to "see it all". I certainly understand why they hold memberships to this wonderful zoo. Exhibits are so well maintained, providing an environment pleasing to the eye, and more importantly healthy for the animals residing there. Seems to be a high interest in providing habitats that are as near as can be, normal to the animals living there. Am always saddened when I see animals pacing and while fully aware that captive animals exhibit this behavior, never the less am bothered by it. This does not take away the joy of looking at a few of God's creation, as how else could we be exposed to His works, and by studying them, care for them as we should.
