We went in for a NT scan and sonogram on August 28th, 2017 We were told we should have the blood work back within a few days (likely Friday, Sept 1). We were also told they would email and text us the sonogram pictures. I tried following up with them the week of September 4th as we hadn't heard or seen anything. After calling each day I could never get through to anyone. Likewise, I couldn't leave a voicemail as their phone tree would always lead me to dead phone lines.
On my way in to work this morning (Thursday, Sept 7th) I popped in to see what was going on. I was told they had texted the sonogram pictures to my wife (they hadn't, I had her triple check). They also told me they emailed them to her. I asked what email they had on file, which they showed me, and they had entered my wife last name in her email as "Noval" (its Novak). I explained they clearly made a typo so the email didn't go through. The receptionist then said, "are you sure? did you check your spam filter?" Clearly, email isn't her strong suit.
If all of that wasn't annoying enough, they lost my wife's blood work! We've been waiting 10 days now to find out if our child may have Downs Syndrome or any other conditions and now we're back to square 1. The receptionist claimed she found my wife's blood work just before I came in (a convenient story) and would send it out today but that meant we're another 5-10 days to get results back.
I'd highly discourage anyone from using this office if you can all avoid it. It was a mess!
