  • The pictures always turn out great! It's fast, inexpensive and convenient. I'm not sure what Stephanie M. is talking about. Although... I see she posted in mid-Dec. Maybe they were super booked for Xmas pics. I've never had to wait long. Maybe long enough to fluff the kid's hair and go potty! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because I wish they would allow you to buy two separate promotional packages (the$10 deal). You can only use one pose for your promo pack. Like I said, all the pics are great, and it's hard to choose. We're headed back to Portrait Innovations today for our little girl's 2 year-old pics! Excited!!!
