  • The one at Metro Center needs work on their customer service. I understand the places get busy but why do I have to wait 2 hours for service? one person is signing in customers as they walk in. 2 associates are working with customers. You see associates come in and out of maybe a break room and not help anyone. Once one of the associates are done with that customer, they walk in the back and do not come out for 15 minutes. Then they help someone and go in the back again for 15 minutes. When you are there for 2 hours, you notice these things.
