  • NEVER FLY UNITED!!!! Currently spending the night in the las vegas airport because our flight was canceled. Because the pilot was "over on hours" we have been waiting in the customer service line for 3 hours trying to get hotel vouchers. There was no apologies when we were leaving the plane after we boarded and then drove around the airport only to go back to the gate we came from?!? Only good thing I have to say was the girl on the phone who rebooked our flight was very nice.
