  • Terrible Company! Do not do business with them! I was in the process of moving out of Las Vegas, I needed a moving company to help move to Seattle. I called and spoke with Maurice who seemed nice, he helped me arrange a date and I paid a deposit before he emailed me any paper work agreeing to anything. I spoke with him over the phone and paid over the phone once I got off the phone I looked more into the company and they had terrible reviews, I know I should have checked before calling them but I had a lot going on. I also had a friend tell me of her experience with this company and she did not recommend them at all, they lost a few of her items and her stuff was damaged. I did not like the sound of that so I decided to not sign the paper work and cancel the move with them. 2 days later I get a call from them to confirm the move right then and there I notified them that I would not be using their services, my scheduled date with them was 5 days away when they called. I told them that I would like a refund and they forwarded me to Rene in customer service. Rene never answered any of my calls and I left multiple voicemails and not once did she return my calls. I also emailed her and days passed until I got a response. Her response was simply that they could not refund me my money because they had reserved the guys and equipment for the job, I replied to that by stating that I had given a 5 day notice and when they called to confirm I told them that I would no longer be using their services, I don't understand why after they called to confirm and I canceled why they would still reserve the guys and equipment. I also wrote that if she were unable to help me if she could forward my email to someone who could . . . . I never got a response back! No services were performed for me and they are keeping my money!!! I don't see how they can just do this! I am going to report them to the BBB! Beware do not do business with this terrible company!
