  • The proximity to the airport is amazing. My trash wasn't emptied but I didn't want to make a big deal of that ... but I went to plug in the lamp and discovered so much dust that I'm sickened. How can you be a high end hotel and let your guests sleep next to such filth? That's actually a health hazard. I'm only here for one night or I'd change rooms ... and honestly, I don't know if the other rooms are any different. Hyatt should hold itself to a higher standard.
